SusieDDesigns' was established in 2012, primarily as a provider of unique bag-making sewing patterns. I expanded the business over the years to include the supplies for bag-making as well as the patterns. Now also in a bricks 'n' mortar shop, called Space to Sew and Craft, I offer a fantastic range of sewing, knitting, crochet and needle-felting supplies.
If you have a discount code to use, please ensure that you enter it in the box provided, on the first basket/checkout screen, and then click on the Redeem button next to this to apply the amount to your order total. You'll then Proceed to Checkout or Continue to Paypal payment after that.
Please note: some coupon codes are only valid against certain products. If in doubt please get in touch to enquire.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: I use Paypal to collect payment at checkout. You don't need a Paypal account (you can simply choose to pay by credit/debit card). Paypal is a secure and trusted 3rd party payment gateway. If you have any questions about it contact me.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS INSTORE: I can accept credit/debit card payments in the shop.
Digital products (PDF Patterns):
If you purchase any PDF sewing patterns (PDF files for printing at home), I will manually send the file/s directly to your email address within 24 hrs of purchase. Please note that you'll need to have Adobe Reader (or another PDF reader) installed on your computer to open PDF files, this is installed on most computers but if you don't have it, it's available to download free from here.
Physical products (all supplies, including printed patterns):
- UK postage: is FREE for any size of order. Orders typically take 2-4 business days from day of shipping to arrival. Please enquire if you'd require your order very quickly. A fee may apply to send by faster delivery.
- International Postage is charged at £9.99 per order. Orders take up to 5 business days from day of shipping to arrive.
Rest of the World - International orders are sent by Airmail which normally takes up to 5 working days to arrive. Please note that further delays may occur due to custom checks, which are beyond our control. Any custom fees or VAT, which may be charged in your country, are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to see if there are any restrictions/fees. If you've ordered an item which cannot be sent in the post to your country, due to prohibited item restrictions, we will notify you and send a refund.
PDF sewing patterns are digital files which I will send as an attachment, to your email address. You then save the file on your computer. There are new UK Distance Selling Rules which apply to the sale/purchase of digital goods. The new rule is as follows:
''Those selling digital products will not/cannot provide the product for 14 days, unless the express consent of the customer is given, in which case they give up their right to cancel.''
By placing an order you give your express consent to be provided with the file/s. No return/refund option is available for digital files. However, please be assured, that if you have any issues with PDF patterns I will be pleased to assist you. If you buy physical goods at the same time as buying digital goods, you will still have cancellation/refund rights against those products.
Unused physical goods may be returned if you change your mind. Items must be in unused condition. Return postage is not refundable (unless your order was damaged within transit). The buyer must pay the return post. The original cost of goods, and any postage you paid to receive the goods, will be refunded. Please notify me within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return any unused items, see contact page.
If your goods have been lost in the post (the post office requires 3 weeks waiting time before processing lost parcel notifications), or it has arrived damaged, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can assist you. A full refund or replacements will be offered. Telephone 07704 100 464
